Overview

What is Escola Upwork?

Escola Upwork is an educational platform designed to help Brazilian freelancers build sustainable international careers through Upwork. It teaches strategy, positioning, communication, and practical execution so students can attract better clients and earn in stronger currencies.

The Objective

The main goals were:

- Validate product-market fit
- Generate initial sales without a team
- Build positioning authority in the “earn in USD” niche
- Create a scalable acquisition system
- Strengthen my personal brand as a mentor

This was a fully self-executed launch, from strategy to execution, designed to validate demand, generate revenue, and build authority in the freelancing education space.

I developed all the modules, scripts, and bonus materials myself, along with my own learning framework called the 3P Method: Profile, Project, Proposals, the three pillars. Every detail of the course was designed to give students the best of both worlds: theory and real-world application from a Top Rated Plus freelancing on Upwork.

Copywriter

Landing Page

I used copywriting to structure the entire landing page experience, crafting a compelling hook, building problem awareness, intensifying pain points, introducing my proprietary method, addressing key objections, and ultimately guiding prospects toward decisive action. In other words, this was pure direct response copywriting, built to convert, not just inform.

Video Producer

I not only recorded and edited the entire course, but also developed the VSL myself, combining my video production, copywriting, and editing skills into one cohesive asset. The goal was to build a complete ecosystem that communicated authenticity, built trust, and clearly demonstrated a legitimate opportunity within the freelancing market.

I developed a complete branding strategy for the course, centered around a futuristic visual direction to position it as modern, innovative, and forward-thinking. The primary color palette was built around green tones to subtly associate the brand with Upwork while reinforcing trust, growth, and financial opportunity.

Beyond aesthetics, every visual decision was made to elevate the perceived value of the course. I used AI tools to explore and generate initial creative concepts, then refined, customized, and elevated them inside Photoshop to ensure originality and brand consistency.

The result was a cohesive visual ecosystem, from the course cover and sales assets to presentation slides and promotional materials, designed not only to look premium, but to communicate authority, clarity, and opportunity.

The entire course launch was built around a Single VSL long-form class, combining value delivery and sales in one structured experience. Most importantly, the campaign was built and optimized specifically for cold traffic.

Traffic was generated through Meta Ads, following a 30-day launch strategy fully developed by me, including positioning, messaging, funnel structure, and ongoing optimization. It was a performance-driven launch focused on proofs, authority, and conversions.

Results: equivalent to $140.000 in 30 days
with an approximated ROAS of 3.0.
